    I have hand eczema and eczema around my ears. I have noticed over the past week substantial hair loss from the top of my head and my hair generally feeling very thin. I’m 49 years old and this is really getting me down. I don’t know if this is a menopausal thing or if it’s because of my eczema. I used to have really long nails but now my nails are pitted and brittle. What course of treatment would you suggest.
